Ms Lewis and Mrs Redmond

In Year 5 we made butter the way the Vikings did. We poured double cream into a jar and shook it until our arms were aching! We were amazed to see the liquids separate from the solids and enjoyed tasting the end product and comparing it to modern-day butter.
