We can’t put on amazing events without your help.
This year's PTFA Summer Fayre will take place on Saturday 29th June 1-4pm and we need your help to make this a fantastic day for everyone!
How can you help us?
We need baked goods for our ever popular cake stall and of course our summer fayre would not be possible without the help of volunteers on the day. We need people to help set up, run stalls and pack away. We have lots of fun games planned but we need at least 35 people to help us out. If you could spare any time it would be greatly appreciated. All volunteers will have free entry to the fayre, entry to a special volunteers prize draw and free refreshments.
Why not get a group of friends and family together to cover a stall allowing you the opportunity to have a fun afternoon together and also a chance to enjoy the entertainment?
All help is gratefully appreciated so even if you can only spare half an hour of your time please get in touch and let's make this a fun day for all!

Summer Fayre Raffle Tickets
A book of 5 raffle tickets should now have been sent home with all pupils, each ticket is £1.
We have some fantastic prizes to be won including Hollywood Bowl tickets, Marsh Farm entry tickets, Thurrock Garden Centre vouchers, Nandos vouchers plus many more!
We are very pleased to announce that this years’ 1st prize, kindly donated by Kushi, is £100 cash!
Please return all monies (with filled out ticket stubs), or any unsold tickets, to the class teacher or school office by Friday 28th June . Remember, you can sell to friends, family, neighbours etc! If you require more tickets, please just ask!
We are still looking for donations of new or nearly new soft toys for our popular Teddy Tombola. Donations can be dropped to the school office or to tuck shop, by Friday 21st June.
If you work for an organisation that has a match funding policy, any money you raise could be matched by your employer. Companies may match the fundraising total for an event, or for the stall that their employee is working on. Usually, the employee will need to supply them with a letter from the organisation detailing the date and nature of the event, together with the total raised.
We understand that the high street banks, building societies, supermarkets and large corporations are likely to do match funding, but these schemes are not exclusive to the major corporate giants. If you work for an independent company, they may be interested in charitable giving through match funding too.
We would be grateful if you could see if your employer has a match funding scheme, or if they are willing to match fund any of our events. If you can’t help out this time, but you know the company you work for has a match funding policy, please let us know. This could be a really large source of income for us and help us raise money for our school.
